We are a busy frontline charity welcoming up to 70 families a day to our wonderful building in West Ham.

We need an incredibly calm, capable, and approachable person to keep our staff on track, making sure all our registers and records are in order, keeping diaries of meetings and training up to date, welcoming families on our front desk, updating our database and social media, and also reminding us where we put the stapler, or how the printer works.

You will be an all-rounder who is great with people, and is willing to do what is needed to support the important work that our play, family support, baby bank, cafe and graduation teams to do in community with of East London’s otherwise excluded families
