What is a Complaint?
Any situation where you feel:
- Treated unfairly
- Excluded or disrespected
- Let down by our service or staff behaviour
What to Do
Step 1: Talk to Us Informally
- Chat with a member of our Steering committee. You will recognise our steering committee mums by their red t-shirts.

- To treat your concern with respect, care, and confidentiality
- To take complaints seriously and learn from them
- To respond kindly and take fair action where needed
If you have an extremely serious complaint about the activities of the charity and the trustees have not answered your concerns. Make a direct complaint to the Charity Commission here
